Ideal for those dancing once or twice a week, or for students wanting extra ballet training at this age, the class focuses on strengthening technique, improving alignment, and developing confidence in ballet.

This all-levels class for ages 10+ is designed to support each dancer at their individual skill level. Dancers will grow at their own pace while building confidence through acro and tumbling training. Unlike our more structured Sunday programs, this class offers dancers the flexibility to choose what they’d like to focus on—whether that’s mastering new skills or working on moves for their competitive routines with free mat.

This technical class follows the Canadian Dance Teachers’ Association syllabus for Grade 1 Ballet. Dancers will explore barre, terminology, across-the-floor exercises, and technical combinations. Students who demonstrate strong progress may be offered the opportunity to take exams in the spring.

This technical class follows the Canadian Dance Teachers’ Association syllabus for Grade 3 Ballet. Dancers will explore barre, terminology, across-the-floor exercises, and technical combinations. Students who demonstrate strong progress may be offered the opportunity to take exams in the spring. Dancers at this level will also participate in pre-pointe, which prepares them for pointe work, strengthens overall technique, and helps prevent lower limb injuries.
